Although we will be more than happy to offer these services, they are not included in the maintenance support and will be billed separately

  • Infrastructure Overhauls: Large-scale changes to the existing IT infrastructure, like transitioning to new platforms or major upgrades, are not covered.

  • Software Licensing Fees: While we handle software updates, any associated licensing fees or costs for premium software upgrades are not included.

  • Hardware Purchases: Replacement or addition of new hardware components are not covered.
